What should we wear?
Stick with soft, neutral tones or earth colors that feel timeless. Coordinating works better than matching — think in terms of a shared palette rather than identical outfits. Avoid logos or bold patterns. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to look over options or offer suggestions.

Can we include pets?
Definitely. Pets are part of the family, and I love when they’re involved. Just give me a heads-up so we can plan around their energy and make space for them to be part of the fun.

Maternity Sessions

When should we book?
The sweet spot is between 28 and 34 weeks. That’s when the bump is beautifully visible but before most moms start feeling too uncomfortable. If you're further along or delivering early, don’t worry — we’ll work with what’s real and right for you.

Can my partner join?
Yes, absolutely. Maternity sessions are just as much about connection as they are about the bump. Your partner and other children are welcome to be part of it — we’ll get both intimate portraits and full-family moments.

Milestone Sessions

Do you provide dresses?
I don’t keep a full client closet, but I’m happy to guide you toward great options and help you style the session. If you have something you’re considering, feel free to send it over beforehand — I’ll help you make it work.

What ages do you typically photograph?
Most families choose 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 1 year — but it’s totally flexible. We can photograph based on developmental stages instead (like tummy time, sitting up, standing, walking). These sessions are short and sweet, and meant to capture those subtle changes that seem to happen overnight.

How long is each milestone session?
They’re typically about 30 to 45 minutes. These aren’t meant to be exhaustive — they’re focused, gentle sessions that highlight where your child is at right now without pushing past their limits.

What should my baby wear?
Keep it simple and soft — solid colors, natural fabrics, nothing too stiff or trendy. I love little knits, soft cottons, or even just a favorite onesie. You're welcome to bring a backup outfit too, and we’ll decide together.

Can I include myself or siblings in the milestone shoot?
Yes, and I actually encourage it. Even if the focus is on your baby, a few images with you or siblings make the gallery feel more complete. You’ll never regret having those tiny in-between moments.

Do you offer a package if I want to book multiple milestones?
Absolutely. Most families book a First Year bundle, which includes several milestone sessions (and can include maternity or newborn as well). Booking as a collection gives you a consistent aesthetic and saves money over time. You can start anywhere — even if the first year is already underway.

Graduation Sessions

When should I book my grad session?
The sooner the better, especially in spring when dates fill up fast. Ideally, book 4–6 weeks before graduation so there’s time to shoot, edit, and deliver your images before the big day or announcements go out.

Can I bring multiple outfits?
Yes — and I recommend it. Most grads do a formal look (cap and gown or something dressy) and a casual one that reflects their personality. We’ll talk through options ahead of time so the session feels intentional and true to you.

Can we shoot on campus?
Definitely. Campus is a great choice — it’s meaningful and often iconic. I’ve shot at most major Atlanta-area universities and high schools, so I can help navigate timing and crowd control if needed.

Can I include friends or family?
Of course. A lot of grads choose to bring a sibling, parent, or best friend for part of the shoot. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan the flow of the session and make the most of your time.

What’s included with a grad session?
You’ll get a full planning guide, 60–75 minutes of shooting time, a curated gallery of edited images (usually around 40+), and print/download access. I also offer optional high-end retouching and short vertical video reels if you want to elevate your announcements or social posts.

What’s included?
All family sessions include a planning guide, up to 90 minutes of shooting time, and a gallery of edited images — typically around 40–60. You’ll have access to high-res downloads, print ordering, and optional upgrades like short videos or signature books.

How long is the session?
Most sessions last about an hour to 90 minutes, depending on your family’s flow and the number of people involved. I always aim to create a relaxed space where everyone feels at ease — no rush.

Mini Sessions

What exactly is a mini session?
Mini sessions are short, 30-minute photo shoots designed for families who want something quick, simple, and beautiful. They’re perfect for holiday cards, seasonal updates, or just getting a few high-quality images without committing to a full session.

Can I book a mini session anytime?
Not quite — mini sessions are only available on preselected dates that I release throughout the year. They’re not open for individual scheduling. When I announce mini session dates, you can book one of the available time slots on a first-come basis.

How much do they cost?
These are my most budget-friendly offering and the lowest entry point to working together. You'll still get my full attention and aesthetic, just in a shorter, more streamlined format. Pricing and dates are announced with each release.

What’s included in a mini session?
Your session includes a 30-minute shoot, a curated online gallery, and a set number of edited digital images with the option to purchase more. The details may vary slightly with each offering, but I always keep it straightforward and high-quality.

Who are mini sessions best for?
Busy families, returning clients, or anyone who just needs a few polished images without the planning of a full session. They’re also a great way to dip your toe in if you’re new to working with me.

How will I know when they’re available?
I announce mini session dates via my email list and social media. They tend to go quickly, so I always suggest signing up for email updates to get early access.

Video Sessions

VIDEO

What’s the difference between the standalone family film and the video add-on?
The Standalone Family Film is its own session — built entirely around movement, voice, story, and emotion. Think of it as a short cinematic documentary about your family: we plan it, we shoot it intentionally, and I craft it with pacing, music, and voice to feel like a love letter. It’s layered, immersive, and deeply meaningful.

The Video Add-On, on the other hand, is a highlight reel — filmed quietly alongside a photo session. It captures sweet moments as they happen, with minimal direction. It’s a great way to add motion to your photo gallery, but it’s not designed for deep storytelling.

How do I know which one is right for me?
If you want something simple and sweet — a motion-based bonus to your photos — go with the video add-on.
If you're craving something more emotional, story-driven, or long-lasting… the standalone film is your best bet. It's ideal for seasons of transition, big family moments, or documenting everyday rituals in a cinematic way.

How long is each one?
The Video Add-On is a short 60–90 second film. The Standalone Film is a fully edited piece, usually 2–5 minutes, designed to carry emotional depth and narrative.

When are they filmed?
The video add-on is filmed during your photo session — I’m capturing moments quietly as we go.
The standalone film is a dedicated 2–3 hour video shoot, with no photos — just video and story.

Can I pick the music or include voice?
For both options, I use licensed music so everything is safe to share online.
With the Standalone Film, we can add voice prompts, audio clips, or narration if you'd like — that’s part of the planning process. The add-on is always music-only.

Is there a big difference in pricing?
Yes — and that’s intentional. The video add-on is designed as a lightweight extra ($375).
The standalone film includes pre-production, story planning, a full shoot, and cinematic editing — it’s priced $1,250 depending on scope. You’re getting something entirely different in depth, effort, and emotion.

Do I have to plan anything?
For the Video Add-On: nope. Just show up for your photo session.
For the Standalone Film: yes, a little. We’ll chat ahead of time to plan the emotional beats — moments, movements, or rituals you want to capture — and I’ll guide you through the rest.
